Examinations

As of September 1, 2011 the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology is no longer using NIC for examinations. Furthermore, Candidate Information Bulletins (CIBs) have been replaced with Testing Information Packets (TIPs). Before arrive at the exam center, candidates should familiarize themselves with the exam center rules, prohibit acts, and the Three Strikes Rule.

A PDF viewer is required to utilize the forms and applications on this page. If you do not have a PDF viewer installed you can download and install one for free from Adobe or Foxit.
